Purpose
Providing managerial, technical and procurement assistance to our clients is the primary focus and objective of the Minority Contractors Business Assistance Program (MCBAP). Our mission is to contribute to the stability and growth of our client base.


Statewide Network

The Ohio Department of Development funds MCBAP programs. There are other MCBAP offices located throughout the State of Ohio. The Dayton MCBAP has cooperative relationships with numerous economic development organizations.

Leadership
The MCBAP program is a component of the Dayton Human Relations Council (HRC). Our affiliation with the City provides us a unique and direct connection to City of Dayton procurement opportunities. Our service and advocacy for clients receives statewide recognition.

The Dayton MCBAP consistently secures significant contracting opportunities for its client base.
